Don't move to any of their properties. Please see the reasons below:
1. Elevator was broken for over two months. My mom passed away. When the funeral home came to pick up my mom's body they had to wait over twenty minutes in the lobby for the elevator. It was embarrassing and heartbreaking.
2. Cars were broken into while parked in the garage, property management staff DID NOT follow up with the residents after initial email with any changes that would be made.
3. Garage doors were broken at least 3-4 times a year, property management staff would only alert residents of the malfunction 50% of the time.
4. I made a maintenance request regarding an appliance, was told there was nothing that could be done. Upon moving out, they are requiring my family to pay for the appliance.
5. Leasing/property staff members are unhelpful and apathetic about the inconveniences they cause and there is NO accountability.

This place is a horrific landlord, they have refused to work with small businesses during the pandemic. These are greedy landlords without an ounce of interest in the community and I hope business owners avoid such terrible owners.
