Shawn recently helped me sell my condo (13 days from listing to closing!) and it was a great experience. Shawn is hands down one of the most knowledgeable, attentive, and amiable realtors weve seen. Shawn started the process by explaining the current state of the market and what to expect. That informed our decision making process for our single family home from the first look on Zillow to final finding our dream home. He kept us on track and updated with late night and holiday texts which made our process that much quicker. Best part? His laid back and cool demeanor creates an environment where the stresses of home buying become mere noise. We are appreciative.

Shawn Battle came very highly recommended when I decided to sell my condo. He made a strong first impression on our first meeting by providing a detailed presentation on his background and team, his approach to marketing, and what he would do to make sure my condo got sold in what wasnt necessarily the most optimal time in the condo market. Ive never had a realtor be so thorough in explaining all of that and exactly how my percentage of the sale that goes to his group would be used. When it came time to find a new condo, it took a little more time and Shawn was extremely helpful in helping me find the perfect place. He didnt rush the process as he understood what a big decision this was for me, and when I asked his opinion he was always very candid and honest. Shawn is a consummate professional, very knowledgeable about anything someone selling or buying a home might have questions about, and he clearly keeps his finger on the pulse of his industry and recent trends. If you are looking for a realtor in Arlington, you will find none better than Shawn Battle. Shawn is a complete professional dedicated to serving his clients in the best possible way. In my case, I was a seller of a condo in a high rise building located in the center of North Arlington. One of the first things you learn about Shawn is how thoroughly he studies and knows the Arlington real estate market and uses that knowledge to guide his seller clients on such critical matters as pricing, marketing, and timing so as to maximize the likelihood of the best possible sale. A second thing you learn about Shawn is that he consistently goes the extra mile in service to his clients. For example, in preparing the listing for my condo, Shawn wrote up a detailed description of my apartment, my building, and my immediate neighborhood that not only identified all the positive features of these areas of interest but did so in a way that would make them most appealing to potential buyers. In this regard, Shawn showed a skill level that not all realtors possess. Shawn also hired a consultant to help with the physical presentation of the apartment; he hired a professional photographer to take several high quality photos of the apartment's features to accompany the listing; and he prepared a video that enabled potential buyers to take a virtual tour of the apartment. The end product was an incredibly impressive listing that stood out far from the ordinary. Shawn's efforts at marketing my property did not stop with the listing, however. He writes a weekly newsletter about developments in the Arlington real estate market, and he regularly extends the exposure of his listings by highlighting them in the newsletter. Mine was among those highlighted. This is a unique benefit of having Shawn as one's realtor. Shawn also personally managed two open houses for my property, and he always made a point to follow up with each buyer's agent who showed the property in order to obtain feedback that we could use going forward to enhance selling prospects.
