        Darren is excellent! He quickly identified the problem (the fan motor on the AC unit upstairs stopped functioning), replaced it on the same day, and did overall maintenance on both the upper and lower units. Efficient, friendly, reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

        Really enjoyed having Darren come do maintenance on my AC system, it was not heating the apartment as it used to but he got it fixed within a day. What I liked the most was that Darren is a straight talker, there are no hidden fees at the end of the service, as soon as he found the problem he told me the cost, how long it was going to take and then asked if I wanted to proceed or not. Really appreciate the time and dedication he put into his work to actually fix problems, he doesn't push new units onto you like most other technicians. 5 Stars.
