        Despite ultimately being unable to pursue my plans with August Homes, my experience with them was wholly positive and I walked away in a better position than when I arrived. Vic is an honest, helpful, and passionate professional who invested a lot of research in my project and never asked for a dime for this extensive preliminary work. It was clear that he had his own network of seasoned specialists with whom he collaborated, one of whom discovered a legal loophole that made our project feasible when we initially thought it impossible. My only regret was that I was not in a financial position to continue to work with them.

        August Homes was amazing to work with. Vic and Laura ushered me into the process of homebuilding. I bought the land, got amazing rates for the construction loan and August Homes made it a seamless process. The final product is beautiful, unique and what I prayed for. It's hard to find a builder with ethics but August Homes delivers on quality and honesty.
