They advertised a card to me for property I own to apply for IP, which I own, they tried to extort me for my IP and don't respond to responses from their commanding officers..

So seriously stuck on stupid!! Money Management International mistakenly included Capital One in my DMP. Myself and MMI immediately contacted and wrote letters to Capital One regarding the mistake asking them to please stop/reverse the closing of my account w/them. Mission Lane Credit Card company received the same mistake. They contacted me b4 taking any action to close my account avoiding the carless idiocy here of Capital One. Go to Mission Lane and forget these carless and clueless unable to communicate idiots!

Extremely disappointed with CapitalOne customer service. While trying to order a replacement credit card on the app, I accidentally deactivated my card. I called immediately to ask them NOT to deactivate my card and customer service said they could not and refused to transfer me to anyone else. The amount of time I now have to waste updating my card details on auto-payments and apps is so frustrating. Surely somebody at CaptialOne has to be able to void a transaction???
