Slow growth and lacking consise leadership, would not recommend this business for anything be it a customer or potential employee. Unstable stock values with no stable growth over the past 10y. There are a lot of other places to work, pick one of them instead. Or not I don't care. ;-)

So, I accepted a position in Sierra Vista, Arizona with Link Solutions Inc. I had worked for Link for roughly a year (just 3 weeks shy of a full year). So, I am going to share my personal in-depth experience in that time frame with this company from the recruiting stage all the way to offboarding as well as be fully transparent about my experience since it's not that many reviews for this company. My first encounter with Link Solutions Inc was through LinkedIn where Shawn Carroll Link's IT & Cyber Security recruiter connected and direct message me. Shawn informed me that Link at the time had five immediate vacancies in Sierra Vista, Arizona. At the time Shawn reached out to me I was living in Florida but was willing to relocate to Arizona as I always wanted an opportunity to work with the Military. I applied for one of the vacant positions which was a Virtualization VMware System Administrator associate role. The next step is to conduct a virtual interview which consist of technical and soft skill questions. If the team is interested in moving forward with you, they will email you a contractual offer letter. I was offered $55,000/yr for the position I applied with a sign on bonus of $1,200. The sign on bonus if you don't stay the full length of your contract will be taken out of your last check. I also was given 3 business days to respond back to the offer letter. As well as a total of 45 days to actually start the role. Once you agree with the offer the next phase is with the FSO who does the security on boarding which basically consist of a background check for your clearance and issuing you a Military CAC ID card. I had to visit a DEERs office to pick up the CAC ID card. After this is the company onboarding and "New Hire Orientation" with Human Resources rep Carmen Carreno which for me was done over a Microsoft team's call where she went over the company's benefits. Link's medical benefits are provided by CareFirst. While Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance are provided by MetLife. Link Solutions likes to promote their staff. Another benefit Link offers is nearly all the hires that stayed passed 6 months or so on site got a promotion which includes a pay increase. My pay increase was a total of $10,000. Link also offers some IT certification reimbursements but if you leave the reimbursement will be taken out of your last check. Also, periodically throughout the year Link likes to host various company events like golfing and lunches at local restaurants. I personally enjoyed these events it's a great opportunity to network and build team chemistry with the people you work with on site. Offboarding was super simple for me. I just emailed the HR rep informing them I am putting in my 2 week's notice. HR will then attempt to set up a 15 minute off boarding call and if you're not available they will email you which basically is to inform you your medical coverage and benefits will end on the last day of your employment. All in all, I would highly recommend working for Link if you're given the opportunity. It's a great company to work for and gain work experience. The turnover rate for the site I worked at was somewhat high but that's not because of anything in Link's control it just had to do with equipment not working and workload. Link is great at recruiting and promoting talent. As well as showing interest in their employee's wellbeing and development. Upper Management from personal experience is very nice. I met the CEO and president of the company twice in person Joe Brock and he seems nice always had a big smile on his face. The vice president Robert Holt is amazing as well and loved talking to him. Any questions or concerns I had Robert would happily answer them and offer support. All around great company.
