I have lived here ~10 months and I dont think all 5 elevators have ever been working at once since I moved in.

I made an appointment to tour a unit at the Rise on a Saturday. I arrived for my appointment only to find out that my appointment had been canceled about 20 minutes prior. No call, no voice-mail. I received an email, and by the time it was sent I was already on my way there (personally I don't check my email while I'm driving). So I made an appointment right then and there for the following weekend. I didn't hear anything all week, so I show up for my appointment and the concierge asks me to sit in the waiting area. She comes back about 10 minutes later telling me that there are no appointments for my scheduled time. She then mentions that she was told early that morning that there were no appointments scheduled at my time. She said that if my appointment wasn't confirmed, then I have no appointment . So for an entire week, no one could tell me if I had an appointment or not? Ridiculously disorganized leasing office. I'll be looking elsewhere.

Dear Kettler Management, I am writing this letter of appreciation and thanks to express my gratitude to the Team members below. 1. Moustafa (General Property Manager) - Moustafa is a highly competent, successful, and committed leader. He and his Team work diligently to implement best practices that positively transform the services provided to the Rise and Bolden community residents. He has great attention to detail and is ready and prepared to respond to any issues that arise. Furthermore, he values building a healthy and sincere relationships with the residents. He encourages and welcomes residents to speak with him directly about any concern they might have and offers the best possible solutions to them. Additionally, he fulfills every promise he makes. I appreciate his kindness and good mannerism. 2. Rachid (General Maintenance Manager) Rachid is a confident and competent Regional Chief Engineer. He always makes the time to have kind and meaningful conversations with me. A prime demonstration of his competence was during the completion of the flooring replacement project in our apartment. His mission was to employ his expertise and entire Team to provide my family with superb customer service. He was extremely professional, timely, communicative, understanding, knowledgeable, cooperative, kind, and respectful. My family's happiness and satisfaction were important to him. He fulfilled all the promises he made to us. 3. Victor (Maintenance) Victor is a skilled Team member. He is responsible, efficient, direct, and respectful. During his visits to our home, he takes the time to explain the possible causes of the issues and their possible solutions. Additionally, during his visits to our home, I observe him teaching and helping his colleagues with how to properly perform their tasks. 4. Jose (Maintenance) Jose is a skilled Team member. During his visits to our home, I note his excellent listening skills, his ability to learn quickly, and his ability to implement the solution to the issues effectively and efficiently. Additionally, he is very pleasant, polite, kind, helpful, and respectful. He has a very warm character. He works hard to be successful. 5. Kai (Maintenance) Kai is a skilled Team member. During his visits to our home, he performs his job correctly and properly. I commend his excellent customer service skills. He answers all of our questions to the best of his ability and he encourages us to always reach out to management for any assistance/support we may need. He is very pleasant, polite, kind, helpful, and respectful. He works hard to be successful. 6. Skyler and Ross (Management) - Skyler and Ross are both superb at their job. The rapport they build with residents to provide them with personalized service is commendable. I very much appreciate them for always attending to all my needs with promptness, effectiveness, professionalism, and utmost kindness. Thank you very much.
