Im a bit late on the review though I would like to say that the young man with the nice beard, Damian. He is so knowledgeable in his line of work. I was very impressed with the high quality outcome, time, & professionalism. Damian is a great asset to the business & I hope to see him move higher into the company. You dont want to lose this one!

A+ for Apple! Timely, courteous & expert help from Jack and Kyle. Jack helped us with one garage door three years ago. Today, he and Kyle fixed a second door. Two excellent service experiences! If you need help with doors, do yourself a favor and call Apple.

Initially, I was quoted over $450 for two door alignment to get back on track. Typically, this work does not take longer than an hour, so the price was steep for the needed work. I was able to have the issue resolved for less than $100 and 30 minutes of work. Another concern is that Apple scheduled me for repairs I never confirmed or requested once I found out about the highway robbery pricing. If all you need is a minor repair on a garage door, and you don't feel like doing it yourself, this may be a fit. As for myself, I do not need to reach out as the absurd pricing and scheduling without contact from the customer is not a way to start a working relationship.
