I've been using this CVS store and pharmacy for several months and have always had good experiences. Helpful staff and timely prescriptions filled.

Terrible service and never have anything ready when they say itll be ready, or cant get meds until following day. Go to Augusta health pharmacy now!

Very helpful staff and very efficient. Im thankful the store is staffed with friendly, warm greetings. Pharmacy could use more help. They are too busy and could use the help. Regardless of lack of staff, each experience was 5 stars.

Theres a reason this pharmacy has an average of one star and Im sure if zero stars were possible they would be at 0.5. My wife realized she was down to two blood pressure pills. She has those on auto refill at this CVS so she called wondering why She hadnt been notified to pick up the next 90 day prescription . She was told that they didnt have that prescription in stock but they could try to order it. I guess Im wondering if you are a provider of needed medicine and the auto fill triggers you to fill it but you dont have it why wouldnt you order it then rather than wait for the patient to QU to order. I moved all my prescriptions away from this drugstore months ago, because not that they didnt fill them. Its that I never even knew when they would be open. I just cant say enough bad things so Ill end it here and use this pharmacy at your own risk.
