Dawn was the third agent to list our home, and she sold it! Her photographer/videographer/drone operator produced a visual package that enticed both local and out-of-state buyers to visit the property in person during a pandemic. The tradesmen she recommended were skilled, efficient and arrived on schedule. Dawn's professionalism, expertise and enthusiasm made the entire process a wonderful experience. She was very responsive to our every request y returning texts, calls and emails promptly. She guided us proficiently through a 30-day long closing, offering effective solutions and suggestions. Dawn started a a highly recommended realtor and ended as a cherished friend.

Selecting Dawn for your Real Estate needs is the RIGHT DECISION. Here is why......we met Dawn by chance doing a drive-by at a new construction home, close to our preferred location. That day formed a relationship that has lasted 5 years. For 2 years, we drove back and forth from Ohio to look at and make offers on homes. She got to know us very well and kept subtly suggesting we consider new construction. In the end, she found us the right property and builder in Atkins Construction. By the way, we did it from Ohio. We always said to others if you feel that you need to be onsite with the builder every day, you picked the wrong builder.
