Shawn Peacher - Real Estate Broker

I have made numerous attempts to contact this broker about a beautiful property in Ellenton. I have an excellent rental history and am well-qualified and he literally will not respond to my request to schedule a tour and/or apply. I am so disappointed in my experience since the property continues to be listed with added photos on Zillow. I wondered if maybe his rental listings are neglected in favor of his for sale properties. Not sure but at any rate, I wouldn't recommend using him for your business since he fails to respond to prospective consumers.

Shawn and crew stepped up and made the sale of our home a quick and easy process for us. He kept us updated at every turn. Professional and yet at the same time was very laid back. Didn't promise anything he could not deliver. You can trust Mr. Peacher!

Absolutely the best realtor I have ever worked with! He is extremely amazing at what he does and does everything in his power to make the process easy. I would definitely recommend him 10/10 If anyone is looking for someone who is reliable and driven it would be Shawn! I had a mix up with my lender during the process and he suggested someone his clients have used previously and was so helpful even though that's not his area of work he will do everything possible to answer any questions you may have or help if he can! I felt like a pain in the butt bothering him with all my questions but he responded in a timely manner and assisted me with an answer that I was able to understand because all the terms I truly don't understand and he explains everything so you're not confused throughout the whole process. I hope I never have to buy another house but if I do I will be using Shawn again due to his expertise and great customer service.
