        This company is awesome, starting with Cassandra who is 1st point of contact, so pleasant and knowledgeable. Then followed up by JT Frazier, who got the ball rolling immediately, septic issue and permits handled, and our septic issue was a thing of the past. Could only give 5 stars on this review.... but truly should have been 10 stars.

      Providing soil evaluations and drain field engineering for new, like new or existing home sites since 1980. Frazier Consultants is AOSE certified through out the state of Virginia. They have the staff and equipment to assist clients with soils related work for onsite septic systems, servicing both building contractors and individual home owners. We help our clients comply with all state regulations dealing with environmental liabilities, wetlands and the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act. Some of the services we provide Soil evaluations for drain field sites Drain field design and engineering Percolation testing Wetland delineations Assistance in expanding or establishing community water systems
