By FAR, the best dentist experience I have ever had in my 45 years! Dr. Bonnie and her caring, professional and friendly staff were incredibly easy to deal with. I had gone in with a bit of a receeding gum issue and was a bit nervous about what I was going to need to have done about it. In just a few short minutes of sitting in the chair (on my first visit), Dr. Bonnie had all of my issues diagnosed and had me feeling much more comfortable about everything. I will definitely be going back to her in the future...

Though her staff had trouble printing me a receipt recently, I don't hold that against Dr. Foster. Tech issues happen to the best of us! She has ALWAYS taken good care of me and even met me at her office as she was coming home from the airport one evening because I had a painful tooth infection. She goes above and beyond for her patients!

Husband went twice and both times He “ needed more” and he wound up paying more out of pocket . She is not upfront about costs and it seems she is out to make as much money off of people as possible instead of just doing her job.

There is nothing that I would Like to get her one star is to many. Unnecessary roughness that cause one of my lower braces bracket to loosen because I refused, to have x-rays taken because of my braces. After her assist informed her of my refusal she came in the room with a different attitude from the time I walked in the door I could read her body language.She asked," why I did not want to take x-rays?" she tried to give me every excuse she could thing of why she wanted to take x-rays expected the true and had the audacity to ask me is it money, knowing goodness well that I have insurance this is the real reason she wanted the x-rays done MONEY. She then told me by law she is require to take x-rays or the patient have to signed a waiver BULL****! If I did not have insurance there would not have been a problem. Then she told me that, with braces we recommend that you get your teeth clean ever three months BULL****! that wont happen in her office. Also, the times that I have been in her office to get my teeth clean she always come up with something else that she wants to do so that she can charge your insurance or you out of pocket. If my Insurance did not cover whatever she wanted to done I did not get it done in her office. she is not up front about costs and try's to get as much money as she can it seems to me that she charge you with what she think you have in your pocket. As I was leaving her assist asked, " do I want a 3or 6 month appointment"? I told her neither. There are to many Good Dentist out there to put up with her unprofessional foolishness and attitude when she doesn't get her way all because of MONEY. Do Your Research. July 09, 2019
