5th Street Auto Service

I was referred to 5th Street by a local shop that couldn't do the major repair I needed. My 2009 Miata MX5 needed to have the engine replaced. I met the owner Will and immediately felt comfortable that he could do the work. This was a new experience for me as I had never gotten a repair this major. Will made me feel confident with his 'shade tree' friendliness and surgical skills. He basically did a heart-transplant and offered to put a new clutch in for the cost of the part. The car runs like new and I can reccomend 5th Street Auto to anyone! I also got a 2 year warranty!

We were out of state coming from Georgia to Virginia to purchase a used vehicle. We needed a good mechanic and decided on 5th Street Auto because of their excellent on line reviews. The owner of the shop, Will, set aside what he was working on to give us a 5 star review of what he discovered. He was very professional and such a nice man. We feel we found a friend in the mechanical world (10 plus hours away).If he is ever in Georgia we hope he looks us up! Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to help us out.

I take my car here for maintenance and all repairs. This is the best shop I have ever been too. You never know if someone is trying to get over on you. At this shop the prices are always reasonable and honest. You don't have to worry about getting screwed over, or jacked up prices. You get an honest diagnosis of what is going on with your car and what needs to be done. The mechanic at this shop is definitely one of the best in the business. I highly recommend this place! I drive a foreign car, just an fyi.
