Great experience just like new as if it never happened! We were kept informed about the process from day 1 until it completed. The estimated time was right on par with our pickup date. I saw prior reviews stating their estimated time went way over but I feel like they have made the necessary corrections to their business processes and they are absolutely making a conscious and noticeable effort with customers service and setting expectations. Highly pleased overall!

The Staff at Rick's Auto Body is second to none. They are the finest people you could ever meet. I was driving toward Warrenton on what would be a lenghty road trip when the undercarriage cover came loose and was dragging (this is a dangerous thing to happen). Behind me on the road, was one of Rick's Auto Body employees. She could see this broken undercarriage dropping down. She signaled to me, pulled over behind me and then we decided that the best action would be for me to SLOWLY follow her to the shop where one of the technicians could at least direct me to someplace for the proper repairs.
When we arrived to the shop, the technician stated he would have a quick look-see and then help me figure out what the next step would be. 5 minutes later, he handed me my keys, having replaced 5 missing bolts!! He refused to accept payment. Said he was glad to help me out.
I stand in appreciation of such thoughtful kindness. This is a business that has integrity, kindness, and accuracy of service.
I traveled nearly 1,000 miles to reach my destination safely. I tremble to think what could have happened if the undercarriage came completely off on I 95 at highway speed.
This business came to my aid and perhaps saved others as well.
