This vet office does not answer or return phone calls. Tried to make an appointment for my cat who was already an established animal patient for this office, but was never able to get through. Left multiple voicemails and never heard back. Ended up going in person to make the appointment and called the office in the waiting room and watched my call get blatantly ignored. Couldnt even answer to put me on a hold. I got an appointment for her to get blood work and was told Id hear back the day of. Its been a week and I still havent gotten the results OR a call to let me know any information about why I havent heard back. I had to be the one to call them multiple times before getting any information. I still havent heard back about the results but hopefully will in the next 24 hours. Regardless, Ive got to find a new office. Communication is key.
