        Good customer service. Quality tires (they even let you pick them out), but seems a bit overpriced for being used.

        My wife's car needed air or possibly a plug in the tire. She arrived at 5:15 pm the mechanic said he was working on his last car and he wouldn't be able to help. His reasoning was he has a lot of paper work to do! Mind you they don't close until 6pm. If this isn't the worst case of customer service, then I don't know what customer service is. I hope they read this and management takes care of this issue,and if the person that turned my wife away is the owner then he needs to reevaluate what customer service is!!
