I went in to have my car appraised and hopefully sell it. They checked me in then forgot about me and I waited in the lobby until everyone else had left. They then proceeded to take $1100 off the initial offer they offered online.

There was a mix up with the vehicle I reserved. Tina was super helpful and was able to resolve the issue promptly. She kept I contact with me to keep me updated. And I was able to leave with the vehicle I wanted. Thank you Tina!

Whatever you do go to your local dealership do not purchase a vehicle from Carmax they sell these jacked up cars that are all problematic and the only reason they Offer max car is to charge you a monthly fee to work on a car that shouldve already been fixed before it shouldve even been listed on the selling market I recently went to have my vehicle appraised the same exact vehicle that was sold to me they flat out lowballed me because they claimed my engine was making funny noises , leaking , and the engine light was on but kinda funny before I took it to them my car didnt even have an engine light on before it even arrived I suspect foul play And I took to a random mechanic to have it checked there were no leaks and found nothing wrong with my vehicle prior to that less than a month of me owning the vehicle my air conditioning system went out and my car battery died and this happened separately weeks after purchasing the vehicle stay away I repeat !! Far away from Carmax !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
