      The customer called and indicated that he had a sixty five inch television with no physical cracks but when the tv is turned on you can see a crack. I tried to explain that television panels are sealed and you will not see the crack until the television is turned on. The customer did not want hear his screen is cracked so he got upset and said I don’t need your business and hung up the phone. We strive to be totally honest with our customers and tell truth.
