        My husband and I booked an appointment online for an in-person tax preparation. We got to the office at appointment time and went inside. We were told by the guy at the front desk that they didn't offer in-person tax preparation at that office. He said that he had been too busy to call us and let us know that they only had drop off preparation. He was there alone, with no other employees and no customers in the office. I have a hard time believing that he had no time to call. We left and went to Liberty Tax and got our taxes done in person. Don't waste your time going to this location.

        Bennita was really cool. She stayed past her scheduled time to help me and was very patient with my 3 children that I'd brought with me, she even gave them snacks. When we were done she also walked me out. She just seemed to genuinely care about people.
