        Oh my goodness! Jack went above and beyond with me & I am sure I drove him bonkerz -BUT- he was wonderful though it all! We bought our first Softub in 2000 from Indy Softubs- drained it 10 years ago- refilled recently but yip- LEAKED- being that Indy Softub is no longer, Jack was patient and when I did decide to order a new one he was right there to help me through the whole process even though so far away - we loved our old tub for many years, so I know we will love our new one even better! THANK YOU Innovative Spas & Jack Praver so VERY much for everything!!! 100% (old tub first pic - new tub second)
