I was lucky enough to have D'Alfred in my corner for my second house purchase, and although I've done this before I still felt like this was my first time buying a house. The only difference was I didn't feel like I was in the fight alone. D'Alfred made this process extremely easy with the least amount of stress possible. He created a home buying experience that allowed me to take care of my wife and two little girls, go to school, and a full time job, all the while getting the logistics together to make sure I get the home on time. In a market where houses were on the market for last than a day, D'Alfred found me a beautiful home, in an amazing neighborhood, and easier on my commute to and from work. He is very easy to talk to and no question is a dumb question, but I still felt like I did ask a lot of dumb questions. The most important thing that stuck with me though is his authenticity and integrity. D'Alfred would never allow you to invest in a home that he wouldn't, and I believe this shows respect to his ethics and morals, and business aside, if you can find someone with this level of integrity, then he or she is worth the vested time. Two months in and I am still happy with my house and my family sure is too!
