Niquo was an exceptional agent. Very knowledgeable about selling homes. Very professional. Sharp dresser. I wanted to take my house off the market after 4 weeks because it was getting a lot of views and criticism but not many offers, Niquo wouldnt let me give up. I needed that push. My house sold. I and my wife had an excellent experience working with Niquo. He is attentive to customer needs and diligent with his time. Would definitely recommend using his services. At one point, some time opened up his calendar because our tour was short. Without our asking, he used the extra time to put a lot of additional effort into helping us find the right place. We ended up moving into one of the places that we found from that additional effort. Phenomenal customer service.

Niquo, from the very beginning of our meeting and rental home search, was personable and professional. He communicated well with me and my husband about each step of the process and gave helpful advice we could potentially use to guide our decision making. Timing is important when searching for a quality home and Niquo was prompt in getting in touch with the listing realtors for homes we liked and communicating necessary information with us about the home. He listened well to our desired attributes of a home. He was resourceful with the time he allotted in his day to help us find a home. After a home tour ended early one day he used his extra time with us to identify a potential home, given our criteria, and take us to that property, same day, and that is our current home to date! Id recommend Niquo as a realtor to anyone looking for a home in the VA Beach and surround cities area!
