Tom Hudson was our realtor and he did a great job he helped our family get the house of our dreams! Our situation wasn't a typical home buying experience. We had to go through two bidding wars in the dark with HUD that took almost a year then we had to deal with three different lenders that gave us a bunch of issues. Then so many other issues dealing with a 203k loan. I think any other realtor would have given up but Tom stayed on top of everything and pushed through to make it happen. Thanks Tom we appreciate you so much we would highly recommend!

What can I say about Reward Real Estate and My Realtor Tom Hudson other than he did an exceptional job at helping me find my home! It was tough and I even shed a tears, but Tom was there and said " don't worry about it things like this happen, im gone find you a home". He did just that and in the beginning I explained to him what I wanted in a home and he fully understood. With the home I wanted I needed more money and so Tom helped me switch lenders and he said " I'm gone get you more money". Once again he did not disappoint and I was qualified for way more. Honestly I'm glad Tom called me and wanted to help me with the dream I've always had. He is such a down to earth guy and makes the process smooth and understandable. He is easy to talk to and Honestly someone I would call a friend. If you want more money and the home of your dreams, Tom Husdon is the man for you, you won't be disappointed. I have worked with Lenny during both the purchase and sale of my home and I could not be happier with the decision to have him represent me on both sides.
