Amanda was AMAZING! As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns going into this process. Amanda was always prompt and open to answer all my questions. I highly recommend you DO NOT do business with this agency, especially with the agent by the name of Kathy B Good. She was the selling agent on our house that we closed on in November 2023. To get the deal closed, we did a rent back agreement with the previous owner. They rented the house for a month and a half. While the previous owners rented the house, they switched out the stainless steel fridge (that was sold with the house and conveyed) to an obviously different one. (They obviously tried to trick us, there was NO MENTION of an agreed upon swap.) Our representing agent contacted the the selling agent, Kathy B Good, to notify her of the difference (so that she could contact her selling clients to correct the issue) and she completely ghosted our agent. We have not heard back from her after THREE MONTHS! Extremely unethical.
