They are good when you have a doctor's appointment but when your suppose to have surgery they tell you you have to wait for the hospital to get an or ready but that's not true they are the one's that do the scheduling and then they cancel it and doesn't think to call the patient to tell them they have done so

I would be coming from out of town to see him. Office staff was unprofessional from beginning to end (hung up on me). I think I'll explore other options.

I have been coming to this office for years am NEVER had a problem with scheduling. The first time I missed my appointment when I got to the office front staff told me I had to be there at 20 after when my appointment was on the half hour time. Make another appointment and rescheduled for 9:40 and receive a message that it was at 1:50. I showed up a couple minutes late. The front staff tells me that I am late be as my appointment was at 9:20 how when I was told 9:40. I tell the front staff what time I was told again and they all have different times. She tells me thats an automated system which they dont have control over. My family have been patients here for years. Well Im done and need to find a different doctor because I am over this. I will miss Dr. Santiago because she was the best. But I cant do the front staff!!!!! Dont tell someone a time and out in a different time. If I could show that I was told 9:40 I would. Need better front staff and I would come back to see my doctor.

This office staff is horrible. They are not proffessional at all. Dr. Agnew was nice. Ihave had many many referrals but nothing accomplished by foot desk, they always always lieing, very good at that.ihave been waiting a month for them to fax foot solution the proper papers all Iget is they have sent it.Ifind them very prejudice, choose and pick whom they help first.There are so many other doctors out there.Front desk Ichose to move on,You didn't make that decision for me.Low class gossiping acting like college students. Bunch of miserable little girls.All of you are not happy with yourselfs so bitter.I'm happy dont want that toxic cray behavior in my space. Im not your child. You don,t run me. Now kick rocks!!!!!

I had to get a cortisone shot in my big toe. Last time I did this at a different office and it was one of the most painful experiences of my life. This time is hurt a little but was so much better. Dr. Agnew was kind and gentle. I had so much trepidation about this appointment and now I feel so much better about going back. The office staff were also very nice and his nurse was friendly also.
