Domino's Pizza

Seems to be the same group of lazy employees lead by some fairy who goes by Raven that seem to always be the same a-holes that take hours on an order or wait until their carryout time ends to start MASS CANCELING ORDERS! Ive seen groups of people ready to bust down the doors in rage with my own eyes. If they don't fire these people, domino's is going to have a situation on their hands with this branch. This place always gives the worst service I have ever had around the same time of day. More consistent than the pizza.

I ordered a pizza from this store 6 days ago. They never delivered my pizza, refuse to refund my money, and refuse to respond to calls, texts, or emails. They are thieves. I will report this to their corporate office.

Placed an order 40 minutes before close. Fortunately they emailed me 2 minutes before close with a canceled order. Otherwise I wouldve had to pay $50 for two pizzas which is just outrageously expensive. If they had just reached out sooner about canceling my order instead of doing it last minute via email I wouldnt be hungry in my hotel room. Thanks for nothing Dominos. FYI I was at the Red Roof Inn half a mile down the road.

I ordered pizza here for the family as I always do. Waited 3 hours. Called and they did not answer. Called again and an extremely rude woman answered the phone. I explained that we've been waiting for the order for hours. She stated they only had 3 drivers. I said I would be on my way to pick up and asked her to cancel the delivery. She hung up. I called back. No answer. Called back and a man answered. I explained the situation. He stated he understood. I got to the store and the woman that hung up on me was rude and attempted to get a reaction out of me. I did not engage with the woman. I asked for the store owners business card and contact information. I was given a blank card. Sending this to domino's HQ. Expect updates until I speak with the store owner.

This my 2nd time using this dominos, newton rd location is trash. Why am I waiting 90 minutes plus for 1 pizza. All the way down to delivery, I do not recommend.
