The attic insulation was removed and replaced. Personable and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend them highly,they also do crawl space work. Competitive rates. Guys did a good job training the new guy.

Hug A Bug is my go-to for Pest and Termite! I have used them for over 10 years and they are reliable and honest, which (to me) is a trait hard to find in many businesses today. Nothing seems easy nowdays, but Jim, John, and the crew will stay with the problem until its resolved! They are very communicative, and (in a situation where they have done repairs) will followup with you to make sure you are happy with your results. I'm extremely grateful to have them in my corner!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with hug a bug, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Their communication was abysmal, with unreturned calls and emails leaving me feeling completely ignored. The workers they sent were unprofessional and seemed to have little to no experience in foundation repair. The job they did was sloppy at best, I went and checked my crawlspace after their supposed fix and noticed none of the new repairs were up to par. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of hug a bug if you value your time, money, and sanity.
