        Red Flag! Do not go to this practice! We established care for both of my kids and were apparently dismissed. My son is sick with 103 fever today and I cant see his doctor because of this. They say we missed a scheduled appointment which I have no record of. No email, oh I called and they had the wrong email address, and no phone call. Worst office ever. Do not go. They do not care about your kids.

        Poor communication!!!! Charging patients on well visit for items discussed with not being sick or injured. You should tell your patients before charging them especially when you were discussing your child's health on a WELL VISIT!!!!

        I'm actually perplexed by all the bad reviews here... I dont find the front staff to be rude at all (would you truly be having the best day all the time if you heard kids screaming etc?), the nurses are great and Dr Simon is amazing...(Yes, book with her and wait for the appt, worth it) They are kind / easy about booking appts and even let me break up my vaccination schedule for my new born. To each their own, but don't let the other bad reviews stop you from getting care here with a great Dr.
