This company is very unprofessional. They broke 2 of my flat screen televisions (one was a brand new lg thin q) and my footboard. They moved very slow to run my bill up since I was being charged by the hour and did not respond at all about my broken destroyed items. I will be taking them to court for compensation. Book at your own risk.

I am a VERY seasoned consumer and I gave out the highly coveted 5 stars. Scott is a businessman and he is human first. This is very rare. He and I went through a lot when I was trying to consolidate my family's home after the passing of one of my parents. I did all of my business dealings from my home almost 5 hours away. I came into town, we took care of everything right on schedule and I was able to go to a business trip the following day just as scheduled. IF I ever have to do business again in the Tidewater area, I trust this company to handle my affairs.

Absolutely unprofessional . They destroyed my butler. Left huge gouges and scratches. Broke my sleigh bed and scratched up the wood. Broke many items ignoring the word FRAGILE on boxes. Movers are not friendly and have a nasty attitude. If you hate your job LEAVE! DON'T TAKE IT OUT ON CLIENTS. These are not professional movers. Careful, they will charge EXTRA at the end of a job. Surprise! Don't do it folks!!

This place is ridiculous. Ever since he let his son become a manager/mover its been down hill. I scheduled with them a WEEK ago. Today comes and I had no help! No call to let me know theyre not coming, just me blowing them up and looking stupid for two hours just so I can get up and do it with my wife. I have a lot of heavy items it wasnt easy. Now I wont make it on time to new apartment 700 miles away because Scotts inconsiderate and incompetent employees. Very unprofessional. Please spend your money else where
