Met Greg through my best friend and her husband after they closed on their beautiful home with Greg as their realtor. I had a horrible experience with another realtor, loan officer, & broker trying to buy a dream home back in Oct 2023-Dec 2023 where I essentially lost the home & about a grand in home inspection and appraisal. They shall remain nameless, but they work with Fidelity Mortgage. So, I took some time to clean up my credit a bit and save a little more. March 11, 2024 I found another dream home in a developing area, new build, luxury smart home and enough space to create personal amenities within the home like a gym and office. The house already got an offer the day we toured it, but the selling realtor, Xylina (very beautiful and sweet btw), hadn't accepted yet. Greg got on the phone and put in an offer for asking and an EMD that showed we weren't playing around. Even with another tour schedule after uswe got the home and it was a better experience overall because Greg has a team behind him that knows the ins and outs & they are well connected. His loan officer, Robert Temple, was simply amazing. They understood travel nursing income and found a loan that worked for my situation with NMD. We closed April 12, 2024 with first payment due June 1st which I appreciate because I get to stack my money a bit, but I highly recommended Gregory Montie. He was always open and available when needed. He also showed genuine concern when I was getting nervous about closing day and he doesn't close the door on you when the deal is done. He checks in and I appreciate that! Great realtor all around.

Greg did an awesome job selling our property. Very thorough and knowledgeable and always returned our phone calls when we had questions. I would highly recommend him.

Gregory is an awesome realtor! I was beyond stressed having to sell my house due to DV issues. He got it sold quickly and was supportive when I had issues come up.
