        Ordered to pickup. There was one person inside making subs, never greeted me. The other worker was hanging out front of the store in someone's car. I waited for 10 min before the worker outside came inside and asked if I wanted a refund. Never greeted me just did I want a refund. I said I wanted the subs I ordered. I was then told they were out of bread so I couldn't get the order. Terrible customer service! I felt sorry for the 1 person making subs. His coworker was hanging out outside while he was frantically working.

        It's been a few years and had a recent visit. Ordered a variety of five subs and had friendly service at the counter. All the sandwiches were correct. The total time in and out was less than 15 minutes. The place was tidy. 3.5 rounding up. I will not deduct, but the adjacent business to the side is a total eyesore. Some type of boat company and it's a mess! It used to be behind a wooden fence, now it's exposed.
