    Barely made 4 stars. Fries was warm, at best. I had to repeat 4 different times a specific modification to my pork sandwich. Service WAS STUPID SLOW. I should have watched the drive-thru to see how service was done and where I was in the line or if the staff were handling drive-thru as top priority over those that were in the car stalls. The other 2 Sandwiches were made accurately, but were kind of flatten, possibly sitting and waiting to go out... the only redeeming aspect was the mozzarella cheesesticks! Fresh and crunchy hot!!!

    Went to drive-thru lady had a nasty attitude. I didn't even want nothing after her nasty respond for a question. If you don't want to work fast food then don't do it.You chose that job have a little common courtesy for your customers trying to at least ask what on your menu.

    Waited 30 minutes for our food and drinks that I had ordered on the app. I waited 20 minutes but after seeing cars who came after me get their food, I pushed the button to ask how much longer and the dude responded sarcastically saying he knows we had been waiting that they wanted everything to come out together. Fast-forward another 5 minutes and this girl named Taylor? brought out a bag, asked if we had ordered the items she had, and I told her yes and 3 drinks; she only had food so she said that she would go get them. I touched the food and asked how long they had been sitting there because they were cold. She responsed sarcastically saying that "as you can see" they are extremely busy and I said I understood that but that I had waited 25 minutes for our order and it was cold. She started getting an attitude with me, I interrupted and asked how I could get a refund and she told me to go through the app. I told her to just get the drinks and I would use the app. She got an attitude and shook her head, then held a finger out and walked inside. She brought the drinks out then said sarcastically "Have a nice day." I understand restaurants get busy but there is no excuse for a fast food restaurant to take 30 minutes to bring an order out; cold food is not excusable and rudeness and sarcasm is DEFINITELY NOT okay. I have given this location SOOO many chances but this was the last straw. If you're local to Virginia Beach, go to the Sonic on Nimmo Parkway; we have never had an issue with them and they are very polite and have excellent customer service skills!

    Pass 2 times, burger over cooked, burnt looking, and tasting, and cold temperature. Not right amount of sauces even was on receipt, less than ordered, by alot! Tried to call as freezing temps outside, voice mailbox full. If no response of another better, and complete order from from Sonic, will contact my bank, for refund.
