Review is solely based on the scheduling process. I called to inquire as a new patient and was told there was no immediate openings but could be put on the schedule and that a list of alternative practices would be provided should they be able to provide care sooner. This list came from a VBstrong email. I confirmed with the associate that I would receive a text/email with the appointment details to which she confirmed I would. After not receiving a text/email I called to confirm my appointment only to find out I was not scheduled. The first associate told me there was only 1 male at the practice so despite my preference was willing to take first available. The associate I spoke to today said there were 2 Males and when offered a telehealth option. When I mentioned I would be in Florida visiting family but the telehealth works out great I was immediately told I cannot be see as the Dr is not licensed to practice in Florida. I questioned this as it didnt make sense to me that I have been a VA resident for 33 years and not sure why physical location made a difference with telehealth and she stated all practices have this rule. That may be the case as I did not research but between the time dealing with the first associate then this one, I decided not to go with this practice as I do not have warm fuzzy feelings about their dedication to help those seeking to help themselves or ability to provide uniform information to new patients
