Terrible people that work there. Do not trust that you will get good service - plainly said, just do not trust this company. Employees are terrible especially the counting department.

So I had a tempur-pedic for years and I slept on a Leesa at my friend's house. When it was time for a new mattress, I went with Leesa instead of dropping 5k for a tempur-pedic. I got the classic mattress, and it is way more comfortable than my old one for a fraction of the price. I called customer service because I had some questions and I was speaking to live help in no time and they were incredibly friendly and efficient.Even during COVID, ordering and receiving my new mattress took no time at all and I'm sleeping amazing!

I am very impressed with the overall build quality and value of my new Leesa bed. I just wish the delivery process was a bit more buttoned up. The memory foam bed field is loaded with different options in comparison to when I made my last major bed purchase 8 years ago. At the time only Tempur-Pedic and Sealy were the major players and today there are so many options it is almost overwhelming. The OG's are still at it but dollar for dollar you are better off with the internet-based competitors such as Casper, Purple, Nectar, Saatva, and (of course) Leesa. Although most of these have showrooms with demos available in most major markets, I actually was able to try Leesa at a friend's place and I knew immediately that my old Tempur-Pedic was outdated and ready for replacement. Leesa incorporates a cooling layer that costs $500.00+ if you want a comparable mattress from Tempur-Pedic. Sorry Ortho, you were the GOAT in 2011 but "things done changed". Leesa is a game-changer. Ordering and set up was a snap -- I got the box to my third floor by myself (not recommended unless you like Crossfit) and had it unpacked in minutes. There is a strong smell of glue that was present the first night and didn't go away for a few days but this is normal for "beds in a box" and to be expected. Outside of that everything about the Leesa experience is perfect as far as sleeping goes. Honestly, the only downer is in the delivery process. The bed itself actually arrived a day later - I was blown away at how fast it arrived. The base on the other hand, well... that was a bit of a hassle. The delivery kept getting backed up on the website. Originally it was to arrive the same day as the bed (ideal), then the following business day which had a weekend between it (not ideal), and finally the day thereafter (okay, this is just annoying now). I understand Leesa is using a logistics carrier to provide the delivery experience to the customer and isn't handling the actual shipment but this needs to be addressed as it was the only problem that marred the overall purchase. That said, I would order another Leesa again tomorrow if I needed a new bed.
