This review is strictly about the service and staff at this location. Truly some of the rudest people Ive ever met. The staff are constantly annoyed if you need help and literally act like they are constantly doing you a favor. Im a local and have seen how they treat others and have experienced it for myself. Would be lovely to get new staff that actually have people skills.

I usually go for pick ups in store, when ordering online. So far its been a very pleasant experience everytime I go in to pick up my items. Very quick and easy. Usually its ready same day and Ill be able to go and get it within 4-7 days from date of purchase. I wish they had better and more parking!

If I could leave a no star I would. What a horrible experience. I feel like I got ripped off and scammed. Ordered 2 leather seats and a couch. Couch came defective, like I've seen with many other comments and reviews. After the 2nd defective one came we started the process of a refund. I want to shoot myself in the face after this experience. The fact that we were paying the payments on the Pottery Barn CC, its been 3 months of back and forth on the phone for at least an hour each time to get them to process the refund. Representatives are told a script that it will be any day to ok 3-5 business days, but you may need to call back....I will for sure be reporting to BBB, which I'm not sure what will do to help, other than warn other consumers to not shop there. Do not walk but run to another store for furniture. Not only is what's shown in the store not match what you get at home, but the return policy you might as well burn the money!!

I am astonished at every aspect of my husband and Is experience buying a couch at Pottery Barn. We thought we were buying from a brand that valued integrity and would provide a high quality couch. We had the Dream Couch delivered in May and within 1 month the fabric was significantly wearing off and the specs said it was 80k rub count performance fabric. When we initiated the process of getting a replacement couch we were handed off to 4 different customer service representatives. We just wanted our full money back but we were forced to have the couch replaced - after continuously poor communication with every PB employee we finally had the replacement delivered today, which was defective again - the two pieces of the sectional were significantly different heights. The delivery company said as of today their policy changed so that they cannot leave the couch so now we are without a couch before hosting family on the holidays. We have no promise of getting a refund after paying $6000+ for a garbage product. No one knows whats going on at this company and no one has answers for us at every step along the way. I wouldnt be surprised if pottery barn went out of business within the next few years.
