        Dawn has been very belligerent, unprofessional, deceitful. Told me the incorrect amount for a quote. Lured me in by giving me discounts I did not qualify for. Was only able to sort it out by calling the national number, though I still get stuck with the bill, right? Do not trust.

        Rare is the agent you can actually find in the office and able to talk to you on the phone 5 days of the week. Seriously. You can't find the kind of service this agent is still providing very many places. When you call their office, you will speak to a human being who is reasonable, friendly and knowledgeable about their trade. These folks, including the office staff, have been together for decades. That should tell you all you need to know.
