I submitted patient papers months ago. No response from them at all. When I turned in all my information the receptionist was really rude. People that submit papers to become a patient are looking for help. YOU DON'T GET THAT HERE. Someone else I know never heard from them either. Stay away

Front desk receptionist are friendly and professional. Scheduled is easy and each time I have called, they answer. Dr. April and Dr. Kabir are the best ! They are life savers!

The biggest issue here is their lack of communication from the front desk and the practices providers in terms of treatment or even calling back/ picking up the phone.
My first appointment went fine, however it took me about five calls to make the appointment and then waited a little over a month for my initial visit. I even had an issue getting my prescription filled at a location that we thought would accept my insurance. It turns out they did not my and when I tried to call to get assistance from the office I was met with the answering machine each time. I went back in person and I was told that my provider would call me and we would discuss what we could do. I never got the call and ended up to filling it myself out of pocket.
My second visit was to get to get tested. The person that I was seeing to get the test done was late to the virtual appointment (it wouldve been canceled and they wouldve charged me $75 if I had been late.) The testing person even likened any screen usage to heroin. Then once we were 10 minutes into my appointment she concluded the call and asked me to meet back,she did not say whether or not the next appointment would actually be the day she tested me or how testing would even go.
I have since called the practice numerous times to cancel my appointments and Ive been met with the same answering machine. This practice will not call you back and if something goes wrong they will not help you. Instead youre left feeling more like a number or someone to give them money and less like a person who just needs help. I would not recommend coming here unless you want one appointment to come with three follow ups with their own visit charges.
Edit: I got a call back from the office to confirm my cancellations. I guess if you leave a review and want to cancel theyll get back to you.

Their office has been demanding payment over a year and half after this review was written. According to them I owe money and I say I dont. Doesnt matter what I say. Doesnt matter that its been a year and half since I had been there. Because they switched payment systems now all of a sudden they want some money. If you protest they threaten you with being sent to collections. Honestly really rude and not very professional. This place is awful.

They threatened me with collections over this. I paid up so theyll stop harassing me. Just avoid this place. They only want your money and dont care about doing the right thing.
