Switched into a new used vehicle and my rates more than doubled. I've been asking for an explanation for over 2 months and I keep getting the run around. Allstate is basically super corporate and Keith Dorband's office has no power and has to go to corporate for everything, which is why I've been waiting over 2 months for answers to some pretty basic questions, because it's "hard to speak to an underwriter on the phone" Also, in addition to the poor service and high rates, they constantly send you email asking for feedback. For instance i got one today in which they whined that I gave them 1 star on my recent review, they asked me to "help them do better". 10 minutes later i got another one asking me to rate them here on Google, so here I am. They love to be reviewed but can't seem to help with much of anything!

I'm not happy with Allstate. My bill keeps going up. I went from $128 monthly to $160 monthly. I called them and they did nothing. Said they raised it just because they could. I will keep comparing insurances and hope for a more fair and consistent competitor. I have no further issues but this.
