They do their homework to get you the best value for your money and are always friendly and patient when answering all those questions that us "non-insurance" people ask. And they are always knowledgeable and helpful should you ever need to file a claim. Have been with them for several years and can't imagine going anywhere else. :)

I highly recommend the Steve Love Agency for both home and auto. I've been with the Nationwide/Steve Love Agency for almost 20 years. I recently had a unique issue with Nationwide (in regards to an auto theft claim). After I could not resolve the issue with Nationwide myself, I contacted Kristin. Kristin was my advocate through several weeks. She fought on my behalf and followed up multiple times to ensure the outcome was a fair one. After almost two months, the issue was resolved. This could not have been possible without Kristin's efforts. Exceptional customer service! In today's automated-world, it's so refreshing to call the number and actually get in touch with a live person almost immediately. Emails are also answered in a timely manner.
