I was really skeptical at first because this hotel had so many great reviews but I was actually shocked when they were all true. They have great people working the front desk. Wonderful service. The room was a nice size and clean. Its in a convenient location its close to everything. I honestly enjoyed my stay here.

Very clean and spacious room. all employees were friendly and helpful. Front desk employees always Made you feel welcome. Walls are paper thin. Only complaint was rude and inconsiderate guest. Guest in next room kept letting door slam when entering or leaving. Kids ran hallway pushing door bell. Called front desk and they took care of that problem. Food manager greeted us each morning. Eggs were rubbery, bagels and English muffins were stale. Stayed with cereal for our remaining mornings. Rooms: Very clean and spacious

Let me start by saying I travel often due to me being a travel nurse. Fairfield Inn at Town Center quickly became one of my favorite places to stay when I'm in Virginia Beach. Let me take a minute to appreciate Sharon Miller, front desk manager at this location. She is a jewel and in my opinion a great asset to the Marriott brand. She goes over and beyond to ensure the check in process is completed as smoothly as possible, her professionalism, and customer service skills are unmatched. I can't say enough good things about her. If I could I would rate this property a 10 because of her I would. She's always friendly, her warm smile, her willingness to go over and beyond to ensure the guest have a memorable stay is very much appreciated. THANK YOU MRS. SHARON FOR ALL YOU DO. Rooms: The room are spacious, clean, and modern. The beds are extremely comfortable. Nearby activities: Lots of activities are nearby. Town center is within walking distance. Safety: Well lit around the hotel and in the area. Walkability: Everything is in walking distance to this hotel, great places to dine and lots of entertainment in walking distance.
