Quality Inn & Suites Oceanfront

Room was filthy, everything is converted in construction dust. Tripped on the uneven floor/random construction stuff left out in the hallways. Pool (the reason we came to Virginia Beach) is closed and construction started at 8am with no warning. Tried to work it out with the lady at the front desk who was zero help. Will be talking to corporate about the unsafe conditions.

WARNING: The room may be cheap but they charge you for parking. And the park is across the street. And you have to sign a clause to agree to no refunds no matter what. What a scam. When I arrived here. It looks like the places having some renovations. That's not an issue. But then I realized no it's not just a pool. It's the whole building that looks like it's being renovated but no one's working on it. Half the floors are missing. The side doors don't close. Trash everywhere The walls are disgusting and broken. And it reeks of weed. Rooms: The rooms are very weird. I had two weird dirty looking chairs in my room. Safety: The hotel itself is not safe to walk through definitely that would be your feet. Walkability: The walkability is horrible. I would suggest not staying here if you want to do anything in the main part of Virginia Beach.

Awful hotel. Service is rude, the hotel smells like a waste site, nasty room with linoleum floors and broken amenities, tv stuck on zoom. MAHI Restaurant is great, though. And great location and view, as you hold your nose in your hotel room and try not to touch anything.

The staff here was absolutely fantastic. They were courteous. We had major delays at the airport and they understood and let us check in late. The breakfast on the 2nd floor is good except I don't eat waffles. You make them yourself. Although the hotel is undergoing renovations it was great. The hot water was super hot which I loved because it was cold outside. The heater heated the room matter of fact. got to hot. Parking is across the street. Would stay again in a warmer season
