9Rounds is a great place to workout. I never get tired of it because each day the workouts are different. The kickboxing routines challenge me to get better each time. Nate and his team are very supportive and professional. I highly recommend 9Round in Virginia Beach!

I just started going here before school in the mornings and have had an amazing experience. I was skeptical before I tried it because I was worried that I wouldnt have enough experience, but that was far from the truth. Nate and Kidd have been very supportive and they always make sure to meet you where youre at. Anyone at any level can start! I now go every day that I can and look forward to it every time. I always leave happy and feeling good!

I have been a client of 9Rounds for close to 5 years and three owners. Over that time the level of service has been fantastic and the new owner Nate and his team have taken it to a new level. They check up on your goals, motivate you, and encourage you while your there. It's a great place to workout and I always look forward to going.

Ive worked out at this location for years- and it has never been better! Nate and his team are professional, encouraging, and patient! Its always a great workout and I 100% highly recommend! If you want to get in shape- this is the place!!
