One of the best staffs you will find in a Kroger. Some have been there a long time and in this case it's a benefit. The Pharmacy is also very efficient and well-staffed even though they have less experience now that the great Ann Wray has retired.
2024 update: Still one of the better Krogers in every department, especially the pharmacy.
Kroger in general: I wish they would take a lesson from Lidl and make all their digital coupons apply automatically. It takes several minutes to select them on the Kroger app.

I was utterly disappointed my GPS routed me to this Kroger. It's my least favorite location in HR. However, despite not having what I went for, for the millionth time, I was completely satisfied by one kind gesture.
My toddler and I were walking circles looking for said item when an employee, Katie, noticed him stopping for every balloon. She stopped me and asked if she could give my little guy a balloon. I said yes and she allowed him to pick his color and she even fixed up the ribbon and added a clip. He was so happy! He even tried sleeping with the balloon. Bravo Kroger for hiring such a kind soul!! And for giving her the discretion to give others balloons!!

2nd time having problems with coupons on the app. (Last time was Thanksgiving, 4 months ago, haven't been back till now). Not just me, both times the person ahead of me had problems too)
