I was very impressed with how quick the technicians arrived and fixed my garage door after the motor fell from the ceiling. My car was stuck in my garage because I couldnt open the door the whole way. I appreciate how quick they were to respond, how kind they were and how quick they fixed another companys bad work. On top of that, its over 100 degrees and they took time to answer a neighbors question about her garage door. They went above and beyond and I highly recommend them.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. 1/13/23 Had a broken garage door spring and my one and only car was trapped in the garage. Dwayne made a special trip out just to open and hold up the door so I could get the car out. Then Pat returned, today 1/16, and replaced the spring and spent a great deal of time making sure the door and opener were working properly. Those two gentlemen are very professional, knowledgeable and honest. The price was more than fair. I wish there were more like them, especially since I had a very bad experience with the first company that I called. They wanted to do expensive door replacement and or track replacement that was totally unneeded. They work on commission. The name begins with a P. Do not use or trust anything that company tells you.

My doors took a long time to come in, but they were well worth the wait. They are really beautiful! The person who sold me the doors - Paul Wolfe - did a great job keeping me calm as I waited for them to come in. The techs who installed the doors, Lee and Morris, were very personable and professional. Great job Overhead Doors!

Could not be happier. The technician, Patrick, did excellent work repairing my door that had come off track, took the time to educate me about the door, and Overhead charged a very fair price for their services.

I called to get an estimate on changing out my garage door. The representative has never been back in touch, with a price, nor called to say anything. .
