        Prices for the food and drinks are outrageously higher than other locations.

        The staff was really running behind at the time i arrived (peak lunchtime rush). They were polite but didn't even mention the long wait as they handed me my room temperature food.

        I have visited this MCD on Kempsville many times. If you order and pull into a curbside space- good luck getting your food in a timely manner. I waited over 30 minutes once and had to go inside. Another time, I waited 18, then had to go inside. I've order food on the app and went to the drive thru to pick it up, but still waited an enormous amount of time and the food was COLD! The last 3 times I have visited there, the food was cold. Not even room temp or warm, but actually cold. Disappointing and NOT fast at all.
