11/17/2023 update...and no end in sight. My costs are now above $470,000. Your children deserve better than a bottom feeder with zero negotiating skills. Below are my former updates/reviews... 8/28/2022 update... Well into year 5 now. I've spent $450,000 and still counting (he/her client likely has spent more). Trust me...Hire a great mediator like Retired Judge Tower or hire a collaborative trained attorney that can get it done fairly for the children's sake and for your financial well being, post divorce. None of this is good for kids, but especially if it drags on and on, as some attorneys ensure and encourage by fanning the flame. Hire the right one. Ask around and/or go hear anyone you are considering hiring, as circuit court (open to all). OR... be brave and do the hard work that marriage counseling and effective communication takes. In 5 years, when your child(ren) is/are still self-confident and joyful, instead of suicidal and PTSD ridden, you will know you did the right thing. My initial post...Save your children and your nest egg. I am the spouse of one of her clients and I have spent over $287,000 so far at initial posting; money better used for your children and or retirement. On June 20, 2018, she sent a stranger to my home and my child answered the door. My child called for me. Once at the door, the stranger held up some papers and told me and my child that he had a court order to take my child. My child looked at me with big scared eyes and asked me if that man could take him away. My child had nightmares for two nights. This attorney decided that this was acceptable to do to a child.

I dont think I could have found a better lawyer. I got better results than I had hoped for in my divorce. The whole thing was stressful but her and her team are absolutely amazing. She charges a completely fair amount, i have no doubts she could charge alot more for how good she is. Everyone i met in her team knew their stuff and they all worked together seamlessly. If you need a lawyer go to them. And to Shantell, thank you for all the help and guidance through that hard time. You put together a great team.
