Went here for a friend's 60th birthday party beautiful venue talking with my dance partner we agreed it smelled perfectly old our event was in the basement which is a pretty fun space I remember thinking there must be some amazing rooms upstairs and probably a secret passage somewhere we got to see the carriage house and it was amazing two story spacious probably sleeps 10 plus people it was immaculate we had a great time

Absolutely amazing venue. The owners go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Beautiful location inside and out. Couldn't ask for a better place for my daughters wedding. 10/10 recommend.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kate, Tyler, and Church Point Manor. My husband and I got married here on August 12th, 2023, and it was an absolute dream. The property is absolutely beautiful and speaks for itself. My bridal party and I stayed the night in the carriage house the night before our wedding and it was perfect. Very spacious, cute, and clean. We had our ceremony and reception onsite. Our reception was tented under the tennis court and it was perfect. Kate was very helpful through the planning process and always willing to pick up the phone and answer my million questions. We booked in February, and every time we came to the property it just got prettier with the flowers and landscaping they were doing. I cannot recommend this property enough for a wedding or event. Thanks to Kate and Tyler, we truly had our dream wedding.
