Rite Aid

If I could give zero stars I would. Whoever worked in the pharmacy on june 6th 2023 should get another job. I simply called to check on a appt. for a covid booster. The greeting I received on the phone was " rite aid pharmacy hold. " after being on hold for almost 15 minutes I called back. Same person answered and said rite aid hold and the proceeded to hang up on me. I waited awhile called again and same thing happened. Rite aid hold. This is not the only time I have had problems at this location. I have moved all my meds to different pharmacy and highly recommend going anywhere but here. They are not people friendly at all and by the attitudes in the pharmacy they all hate their jobs.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with! They never have your prescriptions and they never answer the phone! If I could put zero stars I most certainly would!!!

Hello Hampton Roads and especially Virginia Beach residents... Please do not use this pharmacy! They DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! If you do not have heart or health problems you will have some after dealing with this business. If you want higher blood pressure they can assist. They do not fill prescriptions on time. They do not acknowledge you when you are standing in front of them. They do not acknowledge you in the drive thru. Just a simple Hello, Ill be right with you is a great start. Just save your time, health, and well-being by going elsewhere. Youll like the way you live stress free.

Went to check on a prescription my dr put in there. The lady told me it wasnt ready and they would text me this afternoon. I told her thats what someone told me last time and I didnt receive a text until 3 days later. She rolled her eyes. I showed back up to the pharmacy at 430pm and when the guy asked how can he help me I told him that I was told to come back this afternoon for my meds after receiving a text, but I never got one. He looked at me and said, Im waiting to hear something that I can look up your stuff with. So basically he didnt want to hear anything but my name and birthday, and wanted to rudely let me know that. When I was signing for the medication, he selected the option that said I had received instructions on this medicine even though he nor anyone else gave me any instructions or info whatsoever. There has been too many other times they ask me to come back over and over again while after they said my meds will be ready. I understand being busy. But the rudeness and unprofessionalism, unacceptable. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY AGAIN
