        Update: I will miss this store once it has closed. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, conveniently located. Thank you to all the employees. Excellent inventory of pharmacy items. Friendly and helpful staff.

        Hit or miss. Depends on who is working. Some days you spend nearly five minutes in the drive thru before youre greeted. They dont answer the phones either. If you press option 3 they know youre a customer wanting a refill and wont answer. If you press option 4 they think youre a doctors office and will pick up more often.. Actually called the pharmacy from inside the store after witnessing no customers at the pharmacy counter. Still no answer. Four people behind the counter. Lazy people. They will tell you your prescription will be ready tomorrow unless you ask for today. Rite aid in Ohio I was at over the holidays answered the phone immediately and had my script filled in about 20 minutes.

        This is the worst place that I could've ever chosen to get my prescriptions sent to. They NEVER have my prescriptions ready on time and really act as if they don't care because their customer service is so awful. I had to make a call yesterday afternoon, seeing as though my prescription was sent in by my Dr over 24 hrs before. I hadn't heard anything from them. I give them a call and I get told, very nonchalant, "No, it's not ready, but you can come on now." Then, they have the nerve as soon as I hung up to send a text notification. The time before this, the young lady that answered the phone got extremely rude with me because I mentioned to her that my cardiologist sent my heart medication in several hours ago and I hadn't heard anything. I'm not one to EVER write reviews but they are horrible. I've been using them because they're so close to my home, but I've finally decided that it's not even worth it. I don't recommend this pharmacy AT ALL.
